| Hi, welcome to Windy Hollow Alpacas. Windy Hollow Alpacas started by moving to Logan, UT, and accumulating some acreage. I love animals, so the big decision for me was...what kind of animal should I have on these extra acres. I thought llamas were very unique, interesting and different. The more I read the more fascinated I was. My first purchase were two llamas in April 1998...two months later I had my first cria. I was hooked on camelids. Kevin received an article from his partners dated September 19, 1998, from the New York Times, titled "Running With the Alpacas?: A Golden Fleece". It discussed the values and investments of raising alpacas. Kevin made the mistake of showing me the article. On Thanksgiving day, 1998, four pregnant alpacas arrived. |

| Windy Hollow Alpacas is currently the home to twenty seven alpacas. The alpacas have brought with them a wonderful lifestyle that I and my family have enjoyed. My son Justice especially loves the babies and insisted on naming them after cartoon characters then it was Greek Mythology and Rome. Justice has now become a teenager so who knows what he will name them now....I'm afraid to ask. My goal is to provide as much help and information I can to make the new alpaca owner feel comfortable and at ease with their new purchase. I offer multiple purchase discounts, free breed backs to purchased females and discounted breedings afterwards. Financing can be arranged to help the new buyer with his/her investment. I also include four months of free board if needed. I am here to work with you! Come by and visit us and our wonderful alpacas. Visitors are always welcome!! |
